The dominant activity refers to the sub-sector of animal husbandry and dairying: dairy cow breeding and milk processing. The owner of this farm has been actively engaged in agriculture for over ten years. She is the president of the association Romanijski skorup – kajmak, founded in 2013. , and which has won gold medals for various products at agricultural fairs (e.g. the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad).

The production of Romanian cream cheese is standardized through the process of protection of the designation of geographical origin on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Quality control, that is, certain laboratory analyzes are performed regularly according to the control plan in a laboratory accredited by BATA. The procedure for protecting the geographical indication, i.e. the name of origin, was completed in February 2017. The geographical origin of Romanian cream cheese is protected in all countries that are signatories to the Lisbon Agreement on Designations of Origin and their International Registration. The association received a certificate from the International Organization for the Protection of Intellectual Property (WIPO), which recognizes the right to protect this cream in 29 countries of the world, including nine member states of the European Union.

Through the project, PPG Nada Maksimović received a milk processing line – a mini-cheese factory, which created conditions for facilitating the production of dairy products.
